The Role: ADM- Data Integration Architect
Skills Required:- Experience in providing Data Integration / Data Management solutions while maintaining balance between architecture requirements, effort estimations and customer specific needs.
- Executed consulting engagements for customer such as Data Ingestion architecture assessment, DI Roadmap advisory
- Expertise in one or more of the leading Data Integration platforms such as Informatica PC , Datastage, Talend and Native Database Programming constructs (SQL based data ingestion pipelines)
- Experience in designing end to end Data Ingestion Solution which includes expertise on DI platform setup, expertise on the working of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) in connection with DI technology of choice and experience in designing optimum data ingestion pipelines
- Experience in designing and implementing metadata driven data integration processes
- Expertise in foundational data platforms like MPP systems (Teradata, Netezza etc) and Cloud based DWH solutions (Snowflake, Redshift etc)
- Experience in designing and developing Audit, Balance, Control framework for DI processes
- Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry solutions, reference architecture etc
- Expertise in leading learning and capability development initiatives at scale
- Experience in establishing and leading communities, interest groups and centers of excellence.
- Well versed with the latest trends in data integration and data management.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree is a plus)
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more relevant certifications or related methods
- At least 9-14 years of relevant experience; two years may be substituted for a master's degree
