Qrata is a talent startup that helps scale funded startups globally, we work with most of the top VCs in India as well as help build remote engineering teams for US/Europe-based startups. We will be launching our talent product to analyze talent using machine learning to help our customers find the right fit.

Description:

You'll be in charge of acquiring and sustaining long-term important clients by understanding their needs and expectations and working with internal teams to meet them. This position provides great possibilities to work with some of the most innovative companies and develop long-term customer connections. You shall be bridging the

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Complete instance evaluations to highlight areas where a customer's instance might be improved.

- Maintain a thorough grasp of the product and consult with clients on the most important features/functionality for their particular business requirements.

- Produce technical design papers and supporting materials that may be utilized to understand or complete configuration by Gain insight or Customer resources.

- Develop into an internal subject matter expert (SME) that shares best practices with the Customer Success team and develops content based on your learning.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new talent acquisition and management procedures and best practices.

- Experience in Talent Acquisition to be able to leverage insights with clients.

- Continuous follow ups and review meetings with clients.

What are we looking for?

- Highly organized, including tracking and managing project plans, scopes, and schedules to keep projects on track.

- Ability to evaluate customer demands, company needs, and demonstrate genuine empathy for customer problems.

- 3 years plus of experience in account management.
