Architect - Automotive Verification & Validation

We have an opportunity for a Architect-Automotive Verification & Validation for one of our client in Mumbai/ Bangalore.

Job Description

Key skill:

- Excellent V&V experience.

- Hands on experience of in consulting engagements related to improve product quality, improving effectiveness of operations and methodology.

- Hands on experience leading V&V COE/organization for an Automotive OEM or Tier1

- Managed actual Test COE /Centre setup for at least 1-2 customers, including following tasks/activities:

- Established consistent test procedures

- Established quality metrics

- Shown Continuous improvement - Value innovation implementation to indicate YOY benefit of Coe/Test Center setup to customer

- Knowledge of Automotive quality benchmarks for different quality criteria's

- Have varied exposure on COE/ test center setup/approach, based on different business objectives (green field, co-own, complete ownership etc)

- Understanding of process frameworks and industry standards/ practices (ASPICE, ISO 13485, ISO 26262, on DEVOPS - ALM framework, Scaled Agile framework, ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 )

- Extensive experience in dashboard/metrics digitization

Customer Relationship Management

- Addresses customer RFI and RFQ in the area of Product Integrity (Testing, V&V, QA, Compliance to Auto standards such as ISO26262).

- Maximize customer satisfaction through effective solutions.

- Carry out workshops for client(s).

- Understand customer pain points and build proactive proposals and solutions to resolve the issues.

- Consulting in V&V solutions, tools and processes.

- Provide thought leadership to the customer

Good to have:

- Ability to research on latest V&V developments & best practices

- Prior experience in managing delivery of a group of testing projects within services organization within their P&ES vertical

- Extensive experience with Engineering (ALM/PLM/DevOps) Tools

- Extensive experience in providing expertise that optimizes architecture activities (Maintainability, Portability, Compatibility, IT-bility, Testability) across company needs, business constraints and technological realities

- Extensive experience in emerging technologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
