- Clear understanding of how different industries operate, how financial drivers interact with each other (P&L, Cash-Flow and B/S)

- Understand accounting, in particular how GAAP accounting can differ from FCF

- Fast reader, able to spot what is likely to be relevant and what not

- Able to work independently without supervision

- Eager to learn and to improve
