Reporting to: Direct to the Vice President - Marketing and Corporate Communications

Marketing at Aranca plays a critical role in successfully increasing adoption of their services in the global marketplace. In partnership with Sales, Practice and other functional teams, marketing leverages understanding of customer needs, market trends and industry environments to create awareness and demand for Aranca's services.

- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing global campaigns that effectively position, promote and drives significant pipeline for Aranca's services/practices.

- The candidate will own the overall campaign strategy, and lead development and execution of the integrated marketing plans for each of the practices/service lines.

- The candidate must collaborate with and influence the Digital Marketing and Content Development teams (including agencies), to deliver a portfolio of assets and tools including: digital programming, content/collateral, sales enablement tools, offers (financial incentive/educational material to drive click-thrus), and live event assets to drive engagement and awareness

- Understanding the messaging and positioning of these services in order to influence asset development will also be key to this role.

- The candidate will lead the campaign program management and will coordinate the support from all concerned teams in the development of campaign assets and execution of all non-digital campaign tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Set campaign strategy to achieve demand generation goals of the business by driving best-in-class targeted marketing programs

- Develop and execute marketing programs, campaigns and programs targeted at priority customer segments, which unify multiple tactic types (in-person and c-level events, industry tradeshows, telemarketing, direct marketing, and email marketing programs) in a single, integrated plan

- Collaborate with field sales and practice teams to determine event needs, make recommendations on event plans (topic, timing, audience, etc.), and ensure the campaigns support complete integration of events into an overall plan to lead a customer from awareness and investigation to consideration and decision

- Working with the Digital and Content Marketing manager, implement a Digital Center of Excellence for campaign and digital marketing. Plan and manage, execution of campaigns, programs, and targeted digital events/activities

- Represent Aranca's marketing needs with Content Generation team, to ensure corporate-developed campaigns and assets (service collaterals, customer presentations, case studies, videos, webcasts, white papers, event kits) are aligned with business priorities and objectives

- Track and respond to general business indicators including market trends, industry associations/analyst guidance, and competitor's marketing and sales program activities

- Establish goals aligned with the overall campaign strategy, then measure and report metrics for all campaign activities, including those executed by other teams within the Marketing team

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing programs in a global services company (work experience in the high-tech space is an added advantage), with at least 3 years focused on integrated campaign development and ownership. Field Marketing experience is a strong plus

- Proven success in campaign strategy ownership in a high-tech environment, including development and delivery of innovative campaigns and programs that drive demand and increase market awareness for complex technology solutions

- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tactics and best practices, both individually and as a component of an integrated marketing plan. Experience in a centralized Demand Center model a strong plus

- Innovation, out-of-the box creativity, strategic thinking and a drive for flawless execution are critical to the success of the role

- Ability to influence across a diverse organization at different management levels. Strong leadership and decision making skills - ability to self-govern and motivate others is key

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must communicate effectively at both peer and executive levels to gain consensus and approval on campaign needs

- Demonstrated ability to logically plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results

- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment, including the ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge to current problems

- Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate many simultaneous projects, while keeping stakeholders updated on schedules and timelines

- Strong and effective budget management and measurement

- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation solutions is required

- Strong team player with a positive attitude

- Ability to travel globally (not to exceed 10%)
