Reporting to: Head - Content Program Management

Job Description

To manage and execute Aranca's content marketing strategy, the role of Content Program Manager needs to be an amalgamation of two functions - Content Manager and Deputy/Associate/Assistant Editor.

The role requires you to:

- Create/plan/evangelize content ideas that capitalize on Aranca's areas of expertise to showcase domain expertise and brand differentiation.

- Contribute to build editorial calendar and content strategy that supports and extends Aranca's business and content marketing initiatives across multiple media formats.

- Work closely with internal practices and key stakeholders to identify interesting data-points/subjects/trends to help produce provocative, data-driven insights and content relevant to Aranca's audience.

- Develop content distribution plans (across print, online, social, video and mobile platforms) in collaboration with the Marketing and Corporate communication teams to maximize Aranca's content reach and impact among the target audiences.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to increase search relevancy; conducting keyword research, testing for relevance, optimizing content, and measuring/reporting overall content effectiveness.

- Become familiar with Aranca's brand and style guidelines (across all of its business areas) tailoring content messaging and voice to brand compliance.

- Partner with Practice and functional teams to determine new content and editing existing content to track the content projects as per the editorial calendar, and to maintain proper flow, consistent messaging, and reader experience.

A superb writer, you can convey complex ideas and information effectively across multiple platforms and formats. Clarity, simplicity, and concision are hallmarks of your writing style and experience.

An experienced editor, you care about fine details and polished execution. You seek perfection in what you produce and demand it of others. Your visual understanding and expertise permits you to spot content issues and errors that others have missed.

You have deep hands-on experience in innovative content generation (including blog posts, white papers, presentations, video, e-books, info-graphics), from strategy, to research, to writing, to editing to publishing.

You have proven success delivering SEO results that increased organic traffic and revenue.

You have excellent communications and story-telling skills that combine a data geek with journalism mentalities.
