Responsible for coordinating, writing, reviewing and maintaining of day-to-day investment related output through use of various content formats, channels and campaigns
Creating Investment Content
- Produce easy-to-read investment related content in several languages (publications, talking points, video scripts etc.)
- Ensure that selected offerings comply with respective distribution scope
- Maintain Investment Shelf for all current Investment Ideas
- Manage Life Cycle of Investment Ideas
- Produce investment related presentations for internal meetings and campaigns
Running campaigns
- Identify campaign topic and sound with front to maximize impact
- Plan and drive sales focused roll-out of campaigns
- Run campaigns live-cycle on all available channels
- Develop digital campaigning means
Creating video outputs
- Develop and broaden communication means beyond written content e.g. Videos, Client Webcasts, interactive charts
- Run the video studio for IWMS
- Own and develop selected communication channels
The main tasks include:
- Support CIO Client Relations - Investment Specialists in all aspects related to daily activities (e.g. preparation of investment proposals, portfolio reviews, client pitches)
- Creative enhancement and maintenance of brochures, presentations, pitch books, related to CIO Client Relations activities and solutions in line with corporate branding practices and guidelines
- Contribute to the narrative, storyline and visuals of both standard and ad-hoc material
- Support CIO Strategy & Investment Analysis in aspects related to coordination activities with its main marketing and communication stakeholders
- Independent preparation of materials associated with ad-hoc presentation, such as existing or new client pitches
The outputs are presentations for clients and prospects, marketing material, product presentations etc.
The main tools are MS Office, mainly PowerPoint.
To be successful in the role, the incumbent will need to:
- Education in content creation, such as bachelors degree in communication, marketing or business administration with some focus on banking, financial services or equivalent;
- Excellent, up-to-date command of Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, preferably in private client services or publication / social media industry;
- Basic to intermediate financial literacy, interest in financial and economic news;
- Excellent communication and writing skills are a must;
- Creative character and proven ability to think outside the box;
- Proactive mind-set with desire to take initiatives and challenge status-quo in the area of expertise
- High integrity, reliable, deliver consistently high quality within agreed timeframes; capacity to deliver under time pressure and to receive and implement constructive feedback
- Team player with an interest in and deriving joy from collaborating with others;
- Fluent in English and German or French (spoken and excellent written skills), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Client Management (internal)
- Interaction with RMs on investment proposals
Business Management
- Work to fulfil the ambitions of the team defined by the functional and administrative supervisors
- Regular review of the functions practices to ensure efficiency and productivity are kept at optimal levels
Compliance & Risk Management
- Meet all legal, regulatory and compliance standards/requirements
- Adhere to all relevant Local User Manuals
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
