Purpose :
The Incumbents are responsible for managing the HR and IR for entire East Region
Job Description :
- Building business competitiveness through timely and quality staffing of Personnel and having talent pipeline in place.
- Training & Development and Capability building of the employees including Talent Management & Succession Planning.
- On time reporting of instances of deviations of company policies, values & ethics.
- Contract Staff Acquisition, Retention, Management, Contractor Management, HRMS Updation.
- Maintain harmonious employee relationship and effective communication with all constituencies.
- Ensuring statutory compliances under the applicable acts like PF, ESIC, Minimum wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity etc
- Effective implementation of Company policies across all Regions including implementation of Organization wide initiatives.
- Drive employment engagement initiatives.
- Inculcate performance& leadership culture in the Region.
- Implement quality initiative.
