Aramex - Supply Chain Planner

Duties and responsibilities :

- Applies proficient professional knowledge of the functional area (operations, transportation, logistics, supply chain) to coordinate program design and launch and scale within schedule constraints.

- Demonstrates program management skills to credibly scope, lead and deliver complex projects.

- Performs detailed analysis of operations and technology by identifying trends. Should be able to scope the impact and opportunities to scale.

- Identifies and evaluates potential risks/obstacles with minimal direction from senior management and determines appropriate corrective action.

- Responsible to provide direction and goals to team members, actively manage individual and team performance, development, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback about job expectations.

Job Purpose :

- To maintain strong working relationship with Operations, Tech, Product, HR, Biz Fin teams and various other stakeholders.

- Initiating & Driving the Cost Optimization, Capacity Design initiatives basis the trend and metrics generated by Analytics.

- Demonstrate high energy levels and proactively display an attitude to problem solve.

- To develop end to end understanding of the system, study and analyze workflows with a strong analytical bent of mind.

- Ensuring that all New Initiatives are implemented effectively and in a time bound manner.

Qualification and Skill :

- MBA in SCM/Operations is a must

- At least 1-3 years of experience in leading a Team for Operations

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills

- Proficiency in Excel

- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success within this position

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze quantitatively and effectively prioritize program deliverable are essential

Package: 10-12 lpa (based on experience) + Yearly Bonus
