We are looking for the following position for our Finance and Accounting (F&A):

Designation: Manager/Dy. General Manager - 01 No. (F&A) (ARAI Regular).

Location: Kothrud, Pune.

- We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with extensive experience around 10-15 Years in finance and accounting to lead our team.

- The successful candidate will have expertise in income tax, audits, compliance, GST, statutory requirements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, direct and indirect taxation, cash flow management, investments, and government project management.

- This role will involve providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring compliance, and managing financial operations.

Job Description:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and management accounts.

- Manage and oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP), regulatory requirements, and industry-specific regulations.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

- Manage and analyze income tax, GST, and statutory compliance.

- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including tax planning and optimization.

- Oversee cash flow management and investments.

- Manage government projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals.

- Experience of handling finalization of a midsized company with turnover or Rs. 200 Crore more.

Required Skills:

- Education must be Chartered Accountant (CA ICWA).

- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role.

- Expertise in income tax, audits, compliance, GST, statutory requirements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, direct and indirect taxation, cash flow management, investments, and government project management.

- Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, accounting software).

Desired Skill:


- Certification in financial planning (CFP) or risk management (CRMA).

- Experience working with external partners, including banks and auditors.

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., automotive manufacturing, dealership operations).
