Job Description:
As a BD Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals. Your in-depth knowledge of the Indian market and expertise in business and sales growth techniques will be instrumental in achieving our company's ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market.
- Utilize your exceptional client management skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide solutions for clients in various industries, including IT and emerging technologies such as data analytics and geospatial solutions.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from concept development to proposal writing and solution development for both products and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven record of sales growth.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques in the Indian market, including both public and private sectors.
- Exceptional client management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
- Complete knowledge of the sales cycle, including concept development, proposal writing, and solution development for both products and services.
- Proficiency in IT and emerging technologies solutions, including data analytics and geospatial solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing sales or marketing teams. Experience working in Big 4 consultancy firms will be preferred.
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including IT solutions.
- MBA in IT, Systems, Business, Marketing, or Finance.
