Arahas Technologies - Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Technical Training to the group for new technologies/software

- Managing entire IT infrastructure of the organization

- Management of servers, secure LAN & WAN connectivity

- Managing Group data center including project offices

- Maintain network security, mail & storage management

- Upload patches for all software & operating system/upgradation

- Maintaining & management of backups, maintenance, updations schedules

- Perform pilot testing for new applications

- Escalation Management of infra breakdowns

- Planning, budgeting and designing entire IT infra

- Managing audits - IT assets, compliances and policies

- Drafting related functional policies of the organization

- Managing Firewall, VPN, Proxy, Router, HP Layer 3 and Layer 2 switches.

- Coordination with Group IT departments

- Maintain Compliances at organizational (also project) level

- Record keeping for the department.
