Role & Responsibility:

- Pre-Qualification of bidder

- Project procurement (Material/operational)

- Floating of tender enquiries

- Technical and commercial evaluation of bids

- Management approval notes

- Required documentation works : Work/Purchase orders

- Estimation and rate analysis of various item of work

- Manage inventory of extra items, quantity variations, contractual disputes

- Billing and checking of RA bills with tracking records

- Procurement of material as per requirement for PAN India projects

- Negotiation with vendors for procurement

- Cost Control tools & techniques

- Vendor Management & empanelment

- Pre & Post contract administration & co-ordination with different agencies involved

- Ensuring timely procurement, tracking mechanisms & Corrective methods

- QMS familiarization for organization

- Support bidding/proposal requirements

- Enhance reporting mechanisms/techniques

- Maintain relationships with vendors/clients

- Coordination with Group Project locations

- Maintain Compliances at organizational level

Required Skill Set:

Excellent subject knowledge:

- Business / Commercial Acumen & decision making

- Good interpersonal, communication skills & multitasker

- Ethical & motivated personality

- Strong organizational and time management

- Knowledge of taxation & Market rates

- Negotiation skills

- Well versed with MS Office

- Knowledge of working in ERP is MUST
