Manager - IT Infrastructure
Job Description :
- Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge on Active Directory server, DHCP / DNS server.
- Knowledge on ITIL process. Worked on ITIL helpdesk tool and is responsible to motivate the team to achieve the defined SLAs / KPIs.
- Ensure DB(database) clustering.
- Technical Training to the group for new technologies/software.
- Managing entire IT infrastructure of the organization.
- Management of servers, secure LAN & WAN connectivity.
- Managing Group data center including project offices.
- Maintain network security, mail & storage management.
- Upload patches for all software & operating system/upgradation.
- Management of backups, maintenance, updation schedules.
- Perform pilot testing for new applications.
- Designing IT infra strategies.
- Escalation Management of infra breakdowns.
- Planning, budgeting and designing entire IT infra.
- Managing audits - IT assets, compliances and policies.
- Drafting related functional policies of the organization.
- Virtual & remote functioning experience for IT infrastructure.
- Managing Firewall, VPN, Proxy, Router, HP Layer 3 and Layer 2 switch.
- Manage broadband distribution for entire company.
- QMS familiarization for organization.
- Seamless Cloud working experience.
- Support bidding/proposal requirements.
- Comply & Enhance reporting mechanism.
- Maintain relationships with vendors/clients.
- Coordination with Group IT departments.
- Maintain Compliances at organizational (also project) level.
Required Skill Set :
- LAN/WAN/Servers/DataBase/Back-up/Recovery/DataCentres/Switches/Access-Points/Cloud/Storage/
- Aware about current technology developments in IT security.
- Business / Commercial Acumen & decision making
- Good interpersonal, communication skills & multitasker.
- Good understanding of Server & desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks and firewalls.
