Job Description:-
- Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge on Active Directory server, DHCP / DNS server.
- Knowledge on ITIL process. Worked on ITIL helpdesk tool and is responsible to motivate the team to achieve the defined SLAs / KPIs.
- Ensure DB(database) clustering
- Technical Training to the group for new technologies/software
- Managing entire IT infrastructure of the organization
- Management of servers, secure LAN & WAN connectivity
- Managing Group data center including project offices
- Maintain network security, mail & storage management
- Upload patches for all software & operating system/upgradation
- Management of backups, maintenance, updations schedules
- Perform pilot testing for new applications
- Designing IT infra strategies
- Escalation Management of infra breakdowns
- Planning, budgeting and designing entire IT infra
- Managing audits - IT assets, compliances and policies
- Drafting related functional policies of the organization
- Virtual & remote functioning experience for IT infrastructure
- Managing Firewall, VPN, Proxy, Router, HP Layer 3 and Layer 2 switch
- Manage broadband distribution for entire company
- QMS familiarization for organization
- Seamless Cloud working experience
- Support bidding/proposal requirements
- Comply & Enhance reporting mechanism
- Maintain relationships with vendors/clients
- Coordination with Group IT departments
- Maintain Compliances at organizational (also project) level
