Job Responsibilities:-
- Identifying opportunities for bid submission.
- Day to day researching and analyzing latest Tenders/RFPs.
- Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
- Coordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for bidding/tendering activities, tender questionnaires and pre qualifications.
- Review and analyze bid proposal.
- Liaising with other managers to agree bid details.
- Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document.
- Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to.
