Minimum Job Requirements :
Educational Qualification : MBA HR
Experience : 4 to 7 years of HR Business Partner experience with 2+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition field of expertise.
Any additional requirement : HRBP experience preferably handling Sales workforce
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) : The purpose of this job is to provide first line HR consultation and advice to Business Leaders and Managers on people-related matters impacting their business, therefore the role holders expected to have a strong in-depth knowledge in all aspects of HR and should be a subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition.
The incumbent of this role will :
As HRBP :
- Act as a critical interface between various HR teams - Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and HR Ops.
- Manage and communicate the implementation of the HR agenda for the business unit.
As TA Specialist : Implement Talent Acquisition related processes and programs in conjunction with the human resources team and business leaders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Financial :
- Responsible for ensuring that the hiring cost is managed as per the Annual Operating Plan of the organization.
- Responsible for adhering Annual Talent Acquisition Budget and ensure adherence to the budget.
Customer Oriented :
- Manages the expectations and delivery on People Agenda to the Sales Workforce
- Executes Sales hiring based on organization needs
People Oriented :
- Facilitates the resolution of employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in partnership with management
- Responsible to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity through effective interaction and by various informal touch points.
Internal Business Process As HRBP :
- Participates as an integral member of the business unit management team, partnering with the Business Leaders and their team and is able to credibly provide insights to the business to help inform strategic decisions
- Partners effectively with specialist groups (e.g. Talent, Reward, Recruitment, HR Operations) to develop, deliver and promote initiatives in line with the business needs
- Partners with leadership team to drive a performance culture through use of tools, metrics and measures, enabling improved insight and activities to improve performance through the matrix
- Provides HR consultancy and advice to line managers in the delivery of people-related activities i.e. organizational effectiveness programs, talent management, succession planning, performance management.
- Ensuring a consistent approach to HR activities and compliance with organization policies and legal requirement.
As Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist :
- Prepares, facilitates and executes the Talent Acquisition Plan for the organization
- Execute of Assessment Centre for Hiring as and when implemented.
