Position Title : Trade Marketing Manager

Department : Marketing 

Work Location : HO - New Delhi

Travel Required : Minimum 10 days /month

Minimum Job Requirements :

Educational Qualification : MBA in Sales & Marketing from premier B-Schools, batch 2014-16

Experience : 4-7 years

Purpose of the Position :

- Trade Marketing lead to drive success of effective marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Formulation and implementation of go to market strategies

- Translates brand strategies into sales strategies with detailed plans to the sales team

- Devises strategies for various types of retail environment in the ecosystem to make sure the product is available, visible and desirable

- Owns trade communication, promotional activities, new product launch activities and training of the sales team and channel partners

- Conducting market assessments and feasibility studies with detailed elaborations on business propositions and business plans

- Work closely with Sales team along with cross functional team to drive high quality field execution.

- Spend money well to drive our business objective

- Plan for day to day, week to week, month to month and year to year business goals and influence sales team to achieve them.
