Responsibilities:
Handing the International business vertical for company products for regions.
Identifying right product for right consumer segment with proper positioning of brand in the market.
Traveled internationally to region towards market visit for monitoring and streamlining the distribution channel.
Understanding Labeling requirements of each country and implementing them on labels to comply with regulations.
Monitoring and developing Primary sales / Secondary sales and Tertiary sales per brand per SKUs.
Annual Sales Projection, Marketing budget, A&P Activities, Point of sale activities, Preparing Quarterly sales target and incentive structure for Export Dept.
Day to day follow-ups with production team regarding production schedule and make sure to get timely dispatches of the orders from factory.
Market entry strategy for products based on Segmentation and launching the brand with competitive pricing.
International pricing strategy for Retailing of our SKUs as per market behavior (studying Duty structure and Channel Margins) viz-a-viz Competitor's brand and pricing in the market.
Well versed with export documentation process
