Job Description :

- This is the senior most role for the company and is a mixture of leading mentoring and hands on coding.

- Expertise in Android and PHP is required

- Knowledge of QA functioning is preferred.

- Ability to interact, influence and lead diverse groups across functions & geographies to drive a common product.

- Responsible for project tracking & effective issue resolution process for projects

- Knowledge of Software Development life cycle (SDLC) process.

- Will be responsible to manage all the projects within the given timeline and cost.

- Will be responsible to interpret informational needs and to determine appropriate solutions.

- Managing all phases of mobile application development projects for Android and iOS.

- Follow the organization mandated process and procedures to execute the projects.

- Ability to maintain & update all the organization mandated documents for all the projects.

- Developing plans, project schedules, estimates, & resource plans in conjunction with project team members & other involved IT & business teams.

- Maintain high client satisfaction all the time.

- Shows personal drive and able to work independently and holds self and others accountable for results and decisions.

- . Should act independently and provide leadership at an advanced level of technical expertise.

- Working with geographically dispersed teams and should be able to see through the work culture differences.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Familiarity with Chinese working culture and or language will be an added advantage
