Role Overview for Assistant Manager Operations:

- As the AM Fulfilment & Partnership Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, optimizing, and scaling our core operations.

- You will spearhead efforts to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop strategies that drive efficiency and growth.

- Your role will be crucial in aligning our operational practices with the broader vision of the company, helping us build a sustainable and impactful spiritual tech platform.

- Process Innovation: Identify bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

- Team Building and Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to inform operational decisions, optimize performance metrics, and drive sustainable growth.

Who You Are:

- A strategic leader with a proven track record of managing operations in dynamic, high-growth environments, and building high-performing teams.

- Passionate about process innovation and implementing efficient systems that drive growth.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in operations management

- Experience scaling operations for a consumer-tech startup or a rapidly growing D2C company.

- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for project management, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
