Lead Generation Specialist
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:- Research and identify potential clients in the target market.
- Utilize various channels such as online research, social media, and networking events to generate leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of Applore Technologies' services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Prospecting:- Engage with key decision-makers and influencers to create interest in Applore Technologies' services.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to initiate contact with potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
Database Management:- Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
- Ensure accurate and complete information on leads, contacts, and accounts.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide qualified leads.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss lead generation strategies and progress.
Reporting:- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in lead generation for IT services.
Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the IT services industry is preferred.
