Application Portfolio Management Role - Governance - ServiceNow/APM Domain

- Understand as-is state of application portfolio management and the challenges

- High- and low-level Design of APM application using best practices

- Application classification, hierarchy, supporting business capabilities, alignment, relation to business application portfolio

- Analyze and measure applications by gathering metrics such as cost, usage, risk, and quality to assure when they need to be upgraded, replaced, consolidated, or returned

- Maintain Application Portfolio health by doing/maintaining comprehensive inventory, capability map, gap analysis and risk maintenance

- Manage the application capabilities, business macro processes, and application/service creation, enhancement, and change.

- Cross-functional collaboration and integration support with SNOW platform including ITSM, PPM, DP&S, VMO, etc.,

- Manage the future release of SNOW > APM

- Lead the future roadmap release by managing active integration with APM

- Responsible for AMER zone "Application Portfolio Mgmt.- governance and training while managing the RACI members that includes Application manager, IT owners, Security Managers, BRMs. PMO, Etc.,

- Global rollout collaboration with client - EA team as well as ServiceNow Platform team

- Enrich and enhance CMDB, Meta modeling and cross-functional tool integrations (e.g. EA tool, APM Data model reframing, etc.,)

 -Support current and future migration and on-boarding of legacy and new application with the APM

- Advise customer on industry best practices for Application portfolio management

- Create and maintain reports and metrics on ServiceNow;

- Able to socialize APM concepts and governance process to IT teams.

SKILLS & Experience

- Minimum of 8- 10 years' consulting & development experience in ServiceNow

- In Depth Knowledge of ServiceNow APM & its best practices

- In Depth Knowledge and experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, Integration with other applications

- Strong background on ServiceNow ITSM and change management governance.

- Good knowledge of ServiceNow PPM, contract and Finance

- Experience in creating Application Classification, APM CI relationship, Applications Assessment Framework, Technology portfolio management & Capability based planning

- Experience in Application evaluation & decision process

- Creating, Adding, Building Terms and Conditions to a Contract

- Condition Check Definitions and Creating/Defining Rate Cards

- ServiceNow APM Implementation certification preferred
