Job Description :

- Primary Skill Design, architecture, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle

- This personnel will be responsible for providing technical & design solutions for high performance and scalable enterprise applications which adhere to industry & enterprise standards and best practices.

- Understands the business priorities and impacts and provides solutions in accordance. Collaborates with other leads and architects within and outside the group to work to work-out design approach.

- Should be able to understand priorities, raise, communicate and resolve issues and establish oneself as a trusted advisor to business and leadership.

- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives along with the team members. Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Related Field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems

- Strong background and understanding of Java/J2EE. Experience in large-scale web applications including SOA & Backend Database

- Have sound understanding of architecture practices of security, performance etc.

- Should be able to define Standards and Best practices for the team(s) to follow

- Should have experience in working in onshore/offshore model.

- Should be able to get involved in development activities and troubleshooting of performance issues

- Should have participated in analysis of requirements, coming with Decision tree, identification of reusable services and creation of re-usable service, participate and help technical architects in designing

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization and system user community; Direct and coordinate resources where applicable, to deliver enhancements to systems or business processes;

- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrated interpersonal, listening and business relationship skills;

- Ability to work independently and within a group setting; Motivated to take a lead role on projects. Excellent team player and takes accountability of mentoring and bring up junior team members.

- 12+ years of total industry experience. Strong technical experience and end-to-end development expertise in Java/J2EE & Database technologies

- Possess strong expertise of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) Preferred skills

- Certification in BPM and/or Java Design/Architecture, TOGAF

- Experience in Orace Server and SQL Tuning

- Experience in Basic redhat linux - Knowledge of Banking & Lending domain - Experience operating in a matrix management environment
