Job description: IBinder Digital Private Limited having a brand named (Appic) is hunting out for young and enthusiastic developers for their team. The company is known for the Quality of web & mobile app development. The company is now looking for talented officials who can join the team on an immediate basis.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Experience: 5 to 8 years relevant experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.

- Scope of Work Project Managers and Clients to define Project requirements, scopes, and objectives of IT Projects, while coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure that projects remain within the scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:

- Assist project managers in preparing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables requirements

- Develop and maintain a project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones

- Organize and arrange meetings, calls, and other project-related events

- Ensure that project documentation and resources are easily accessible to team members

- Supervise project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards

- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output

- Manage scheduling for company executive(s) / CEO

- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s) / CEO

- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive

- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) / CEO

- Conduct research to support project objectives and provide insights into best practices

- Analysed project data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement

- Develop reports and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations

- Support strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and analysis

- Implement quality control and processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards

- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation

- Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of project processes and identify areas for improvement

- Recommend corrective actions to address any issues or deficiencies identified during quality assurance activities

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for project team members and stakeholders

- Mentor and support Junior staff members to enhance their skills and capabilities

- Prepare regular progress reports with detailing the status of project activities, milestones achieved, and any issues encountered

- Provide support to corporate functions as needed for executing specific service demands.

Salary: 7lpa - 11lpa.

Working days: 5 days working (Saturday-Sunday fixed off)
