Key Account Manager | ALDO
Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Owner for specific marketplaces to handle multiple models :
- JIT OR/SOR
- Omni/Dropship
- To track the markdowns, sales, fulfilment and returns on a daily basis and take steps to maintain P&L on a monthly basis according to the budgeted plan.
- Setting up yearly OKRs and monthly sales targets by coordinating with merchandising team and external marketplaces and ensuring achievement of set targets.
- Increase brands visibility by strategizing marketing campaigns with the marketplaces and internal teams.
- Maintaining catalogue and inventory sanity across marketplaces.
- Handling operational escalations and assuring adherence to marketplaces SLAs.
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of marketplaces to strengthen the relationship and drive growth.
Must Haves :
- At least 2+years of experience in working with/for marketplaces and e-commerce.
- Good understanding of business, revenue, P&L and margins.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Creative, customer centric and problem solving mindset.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to synergize.
- Self driven individual who takes initiatives and ownership of work.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Hands-on experience in Vinculum and marketplaces portal.
- Experience in Data Analysis.
- Ability to set up and streamline processes.
- Omnichannel knowledge.
