About Apoorva Food:
Apoorva Food is a leading organization involved in B2B and B2C food catering and event management services. Building upon the six years of sustained growth and establishing a name in the Bangalore market, company plans to expand B2B segment of business and make the PAN South India presence.
Job Location: Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing and troubleshooting
- Generating and allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of team members along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work
- Implement best practices, mentor and improve B2B sales to realize strategic and financial goals.
- Maintaining Reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the Managing Director
Desired Profile:
- MBAs with 5+ years of experience in Direct Sales / Channel Sales or Institutional Sales in Bangalore along with strong experience in handling the relevant markets.
Other skills: Good Business Acumen, Communication skills and Sales Driven attitude.
Qualification: Graduates with a regular MBA preferably.
CTC will be market competitive and includes significant rewards on sales targets, interested candidates with long term view will also be eligible for stock options.
CTC - 12 Lakh to 15 Lakh plus performance based bonus
