We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing business through interaction with stakeholders and proposing additional works related to AMC/Spares/Technology platform/ Energy saving initiatives etc.,
- Analyze customer's needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Build strong relationships through frequent interaction with all Account Directors and Corporate Procurement team and build a feedback mechanism for the same
- Serve as the link of communication between Operation Managers and Clients
- Review all outstanding payments and DSO for the key accounts managed on weekly basis with Ops. Managers and escalate in case of any overdue payments
- Contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast improvements in operations as per the client
- Attend Monthly KPI/SLA meetings with clients wherever required
Qualification/Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience
- Excellent communication Skills-Written and Verbal and proficient computer knowledge
- Hands-on experience in Digital Technologies
- Networking and relationship management with clients
- Should be willing to travel
