Key Responsibilities :
- Achieving the sales target in his assigned area
- Building a distribution force through recruitment.
- Assess the training needs of ADM/UM and their advisors in order for them to be highly effective in a competitive environment.
- Ensure the "best practices" are adopted and all team members operate to the highest professional standards
- Co-ordinator Monitor the sales efforts of the team
- Obtain regular feedback and build in new.ideas based on market reports
Skills knowledge experience qualification required :
- Graduate, MBA (specialization in marketing would be an added advantage)
- Experience in sales and managing a team with around 5+ years of experience
- Having the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Consistently good sales records or sales management role with potential to lead others.
Skills & work experience :
- Having team handling experience in insurance (experience in the agency would be an added advantage) .
- Recruit, Build, Develop and manage the sales team
- Achieve the sales target in his assigned territory
- Continuously review agency sales force performance and improve their productivity.
- Ensure adherence to defined sales process.
