Key Roles &Responsibilities
Primary Role Description
- Drive training &content development activities - offline & online - for learning needs across the organization
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Participate in TNI activities and support in creating training strategy & plans for different functions/ audience to meet the learning needs
- Develop offline & online training content through self and/ or external vendors in line with requirements
- Work closely with sales to carry out their capability building tasks
- Drive and evaluate training results of various interventions in liaison with HRBP/ L&D spocs in zones
- Ideate, support and drive new & varied initiatives for learning
- Design & conduct trainings for Apollo Munich employees in adherence with training plan
- Onboard training vendors to meet specific and regular demands appropriately
- Contribute to new & varied projects
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates :
- Minimum Qualification: PG; Preferred qualification: MBA (Specialization in HR)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of prevalent technology
- Exposure to online trainings and other technology platforms for trainings
- Certification in ID/ content creation or similar subject
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills :
- Overall experience of around 9 years with 3-5 years in insurance sector
- Worked in training/ content - offline & online- for insurance sales force
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in presentation and listening skills
- Proficient in working in team
- Analytical Ability, Creative thinking & Problem solving skills
