Key Responsibilities:
- To establish and execute the HR Analytics and Digital Transformation vision and strategy
- Provide strategic support to the Human Resource function in the areas of human capital metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR functions (talent acquisition, talent engagement, training and development, BHRs, HR Operations) to promote data governance, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight
- To design and implement dashboards that visualize data in a meaningful and actionable framework for the leadership
- To statistically analyze employee data and translate insights for attrition, high performance, recruiting and learning demand
- To provide HR advisory across all the accounts and to value-add HR initiatives to management and employees
- To be responsible for organization HR audits and compliance activity
- To support and drive the AOP and HR Budgeting
- To analyse the HR Cost for each Business unit and individual centres
