Apollo Finvest - Vice President - Credit & Operations Team

We are looking for passionate leaders who have worked in Operations roles and love to build and execute. This role is perfect for future or Ex-entrepreneurs. This role entails working closely with the founders across a wide range of topics.

An ideal candidate would have/be :

- High IQ: A clear demonstration of this in the past is a requirement. For example: Passing a difficult exam in the past/ getting into a good school in the past

- Entrepreneurial in nature. For example, Any idea big or small does not matter, you need to execute from start to finish

- Ability to work hard and long hours on difficult problems. A clear demonstration of doing this in the past is a requirement

- Great communication and people skills. This role involves interacting heavily with both, internal and external teams

- A good university/education background is preferred

- Fast-learner

- Highly organized with a superhuman ability to multitask

While difficult to describe all the possible things you will be working on, few responsibilities of the job are;

- Oversee the lending operations at Apollo

- Onboarding lending partners by understanding their products and requirements in a quick and seamless manner

- Participating in product discussion with partner fintechs

- Ability to set an overall strategy and drive the operations team towards achieving their goals.

- Analyzing reports that explain the degree of risk involved in extending credit and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks

- Defining and implementing operational strategies and monitoring processes to facilitate lending with adherence to new and existing guidelines and internal company policies

- Willing to go outside your comfort zone and take new challenges in the company
