Regional Growth Head (2 candidates) - Lead and drive the regional business growth and revenue. Create new strategies to grow the regional revenue. - Will be responsible for building strategy and drive execution of all growth initiatives through cross functional teams - Focus on Brand, CRM, Digital, Product, Ops, and work with stakeholders to build growth across all LOBs - Build growth plans, key projects, marketing led initiatives, grow the user funnel for the region. - Work with product/mar-tech teams and create product enhancements for respective regions - Work with extended teams to achieve business objectives and implement interventions - Will be responsible for building relationships across all levels in the organization Experience 6-10 years - B.Tech/MBA from a tier 1/2 institute - Excellent problem solving, analytical and execution skills - Good soft and written communication skills - Highly organized and efficient in time management - Open to travel in the region For this role - candidate with GTM & product marketing experience will be a preferred
