Program Manager - Operations (e-Consultations)

Responsibilities:

- Drive excellence projects related to e-Consultations to improve operational efficiency

- Own business metrics (Completion, Referrals, NPS etc.) along with Operations team

- Identify opportunities and optimize SOPs, products etc. to continuously improve performance and patient experience

- Work with Quality, Training & Audits team to improve the productivity

- Define SOPs for consult audits to reduce fatal errors and improve patient experience

- Work with product team to identify and resolve Doctor's pain points

- Create relevant dashboards and reports for operational tracking

Minimum Requirement:

- 2-4 years of experience as Program manager or related roles

- Sound knowledge of Excel, G-sheets, SQL Basics

- Good analytical skills

- Good Communication and interpersonal skills

- Stakeholder management
