Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Oversee programs focused on top Apollo doctors nationwide, driving initiatives to enhance their digital presence and demand.
Digital Demand Generation:
- Develop strategies to generate digital demand for doctors through online channels, leveraging marketing, content, and CRM.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates to the management of various Apollo Hospitals, sharing insights and progress on key initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead various initiatives including publishing a quarterly newsletter with hospital management to drive efficient business outcomes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Content Team, CRM Team, and Marketing to execute initiatives that improve doctor demand and visibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize strong Excel and analytics skills to analyze data, track performance, and report on key metrics.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with internal zone teams, central teams, and hospital management to drive projects and coordinate efforts.
Qualifications:
- MBA preferred with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
