- Maintain HR Metric and Business performance metrics
- Implementing, maintaining, and updating systems
- Own HR reports from accuracy to dashboard view
- Interpret data, analyze results using techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Automate HR reports in Google sheet
- Supports with insight on HR owned Presentation via data visualization
