Responsibilities:

- Business Head will be responsible for the Overall PnL, Revenues, Operations & Management of the Channel

- Owning the Hiring & Training Process for Team Members

- Working with Marketing & Category Teams to grow the Business

- Working with Operations Team to develop detailed SOPs for ensuring Operational Efficiency

- Responsible for serving Patient Needs across Pharmacy, Diagnostics & Speciality Referrals

- Working with Product & Tech Teams to build Products that will enable better Patient & Doctor Experience.

- Medical Background will be preferred
