- Manage end-to-end digital performance tracking, including the planning, coordination, implementation and maintenance of the required digital marketing and audience analytics tools.

- Report back to the business on key insights around digital marketing attribution, website & app trends and identifying conversion rate improvement opportunities.

- Develop, implement and optimize the organizations digital presence and onsite/app user experience including tracking, audience pooling, attribution modelling, retargeting, multi-variate testing and analytics

- Lead best practice KPI benchmarks, analytics and optimisation throughout Apollo 247 digital platforms and produce optimisation and insight reporting of digital campaigns, search, web, app, social and digital analytics through the design and delivery of live dashboards.

- Experience working with Mobile Marketing platforms like Appsflyer, Branch etc. Prior Google Analytics Premium or Adobe Analytics experience is

MANDATORY.

- Experience with various data visualisation tools (Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, Google Data Studio) is desirable

- Understanding of, and experience with SQL, R, Python, BigQuery, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and APIs is desirable

- Experience working with tagging technologies (Like GTM, Adobe DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten) is required

- Experience on technical architecture/framework of analytical eco-system(s)

- Quick learner who can solve problems and is self-motivated
