Key Responsibilities:

- Hospital Operations Management: Oversee the operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between Apollo Hospitals and Apollo 24|7.

- Doctor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with doctors, facilitate their onboarding, and address their day-to-day concerns.

- Revenue Ownership: Take ownership of the revenue and platinum doctor onboarding for the zone, ensuring targets are met.

- Central Spoke: Serve as the central liaison for hospital management, addressing any requirements related to Apollo 24|7.

- Digital Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase digital demand for hospital services.

- Drive Initiatives: Lead and execute initiatives to enhance hospital services, improve patient experience, and promote the adoption of new technologies and practices.

- Team Leadership: Manage a team, guiding and supporting them in achieving their targets.

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in hospital management, healthcare operations, or a related field.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with hospital management and doctors.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in driving digital initiatives and managing revenue targets.

- Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
