Brand Partnership Manager


Responsibilities:

- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with pharmaceutical and FMCG companies to drive growth and revenue for both parties.

- Client Scouting & Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, ensuring the establishment of strong, long-term partnerships.

- Revenue Management: Oversee the entire revenue lifecycle of onboarded companies, ensuring consistent growth and that revenue targets are met.

- Leadership Role: Take ownership of business growth strategies and lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives effectively.

- Performance Reporting: Generate and present detailed performance reports to partnered companies, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar business development role, with a proven track record in partnership management, particularly with pharmaceutical or FMCG companies.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and grow partnerships.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
