Senior Associate/AVP Financial Reporting

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will join the Financial Reporting team and will be closely working with Clients and Client Service Managers on review and preparation of Financial statements of Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco in multiple GAAPs.Mainly in IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Canadian GAAP.Experience of Financial Reporting in Private Equity and Hedge Fund is preferred.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Receipt of required data for the preparation of financial statements.

- Preparation and review of Financial statements of Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco etc. multiple GAAPs, mainly in IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Canadian GAAP.

- Define the timeline of financial statements with onshore.

- Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.

- Defining the timeline of financial statements preparation with onshore.

Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal and time management skills

- Adaptability

- Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

- Strong accounting knowledge

- Strong knowledge in capital market and derivatives

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Leadership skills

Qualification and Experience:

- Qualification- CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialized in Accounting.

- Experience of 5-15 years in Financial Reporting.

- Experience of Financial Reporting in Private Equity and Hedge Fund is preferred.

- Experience of Financial Reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred.
