Work Description/Role Summary:

Role overview:
- People Management - Typically managing a team of 8-12 colleagues (may vary depending on the overall team size) and reporting into the Service Manager
- Project Management - Manage projects end to end with focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency
- Track and control project timelines, resource allocation, identify and mitigate risks, and accountable for communication management
- Collaborates with extended leadership and other key stakeholders in managing service delivery, capacity management, and key performance metrics
- The individual develops and implements strategy to achieve the defined business objectives/targets and provides guidance in determining service level agreements, determining control standards and identifying issue escalation matrix.
- Define and implement SLAs along with on-shore stakeholders.
- Acts as the first point of contact for colleagues, on company programs and policies
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
