- PFB the brief synopsis for the Operations role.

- Lead an operations team (colleagues plus managers) to deliver service delivery for multiple LOBs for the Human Capital Solutions business (data/products) on-time & with 100% quality.

- Manage all aspects of operations in terms of work allocation, skill building, quality assurance, KPIs and metrics management, team engagement, team retention, backfills & growth hirings, productivity & utilization, career growth & progressions and R&R etc.

- Accountable for meeting or exceeding client's delivery expectations to ensure satisfaction, and the retention and future expansion of business. For new client relationships, responsible for establishing the client relationships prior to live date, as well as preparing for the ongoing environment.

- Work closely with the onshore stakeholders & product partners - meet their expectations around delivery, quality and timelines; build awareness around the content, build a strong research practice that contributes to insights and analysis,

- Strong understanding of the Quality Framework and Quality Assurance methodologies.

- Proven multi stakeholder management experience

- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills

- Experience in driving automation to bring efficiencies and increase savings.

- Leverage technology to bring efficiencies and improve quality

- Acumen to increase business depth and quality, and Ability to understand end consulting solution

- Identify new technology & tool requirements and acquire/ develop process knowledge while contributing to improving technology solutions and its applications.

- Overall Work experience of 12+ years with at least 6+ years of people management
