Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Build, manage, coach & mentor the regional sales teams to drive sales performance and financial results, including coaching the sales champions within the matrix structure to support the growth agenda

- Recruitment of capable staff for key roles and management of "underperformers-

- Expanding presence through industry thought leadership and strategic relationships

- Ensure all KPI's/ scorecards are in place for team members to enable them to achieve their objectives. Implement robust performance management and training processes and ensure timely implementation.

- Working closely with the executive management on organizational initiatives

- Implement best practices in sales, campaigns & marketing procedures including monthly monitoring of positive ROI for campaigns and marketing activities in the region

- Partner effectively with Specialists in the region to develop the market and provide Anviti the maximum leverage with clients

- Insurance professional qualifications will be an added advantage

- The incumbent is responsible for achieving the sales goals of the region.

- S/he will define and execute the - Insurance Broking- multi-year regional sales strategy.

- S/he is responsible for building the regional sales team and for driving a strong performance-oriented sales culture.

- Strong C-Level & Risk / Insurance management relationships and/or ability to establish trust-based relationships at this level.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, Consultative selling, advising, influencing and negotiation skills

- Solid understanding of the insurance market - in India, and Worldwide

- Managing high performing and effective teams

IRDAI licentiate certification is added advantage

The Ideal candidate should have :

- Excellent communication & analytical skills, and be motivated & hard working

- Experience of working in a start-up environment will be an added advantage

- Should be a team player.
