BFSI Head of Department - (Training & Operations).
Location : Any Metro City in India.
Role : IC (Individual Contributor).
Experience:
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in BSFI training and operations.
- BSFI Skill Development Project Implementation in Various Locations Pan India.
- BFSI Corporate Connect for Students Placement.
- Govt Partnership for BFSI Project implementation in various locations; should have experience in content development in the in the BSFI domain.
- He/she should have a good idea/knowledge about setting up the center in various locations in Pan India.
Overview:
- The Department Head for the BFSI Vertical is responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and profitability of the BFSI training portfolio within the organization.
- The role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI industry, its training needs, and a proven track record in developing and delivering high-quality training programs.
- The incumbent will lead a team of training professionals to achieve business objectives, maintain strong client relationships, and drive innovation within the BFSI vertical.
Key Responsibilities.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the BFSI vertical, aligning with the overall organizational goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, regulatory changes, and skill gaps.
- Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI industry.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI vertical.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of training professionals to achieve performance objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the BFSI vertical.
- Foster a high-performance culture and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward performance.
Training Program Development and Delivery:
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality training programs aligned with BFSI industry standards and client requirements.
- Ensure that training programs are relevant, engaging, and effective in achieving learning objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to develop training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the BFSI vertical's budget and financial performance.
- Monitor revenue and expenses and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure profitability and return on investment for the BFSI vertical.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for all training programs and processes.
- Conduct regular quality audits and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in leading a successful BFSI training business.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI industry, its challenges, and training needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in business, education, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant BFSI areas or training methodologies.
- Experience in a consulting or training organization.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning technologies.
- By combining a deep understanding of the BFSI industry with strong leadership and business acumen, the Department Head will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the BFSI vertical within the training organization
