What will you do?

As the Program Director of Technology Academy, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our L&D programs by overseeing various aspects such as R&D - Assessments and Program Design, Program delivery management, Client Interactions, Program Partner Identification, Product innovation (Lab integrations, etc) and Team Leadership.

- Generates IP - L&D - Assessments and program design for top technology roles in demand.

- Keeps abreast with the latest industry trends in the domain of software engineering, Information technology, Data Science

- Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class learning and development programs relevant to various tech domains for Antwalk's target customers.

- Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the value proposition of the L&D programs, and establishes strong client relationships.

Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals.

- Uses their written proficiency to create quality content on various subjects within the core technology domain and ensure that the curriculum and relevant material are available on Antwalk's role readiness platform.

- Integrates a strong emphasis on coding skills development into the curriculum, considering the evolving needs of the tech industry.

Interviews and evaluates potential experts, assessing their suitability to AntWalk's business model.

- Works with industry experts to define course outline and entire program curriculum.

- Executes the process of developing self-learning videos with the help of experts. - Align experts for self-learning modules and live classes.

- Oversees the entire L&D program, develops the overall strategy, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.

- Manages the team, and budgets, and assesses the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

- Collaborates with Product, Program, Marketing, and Sales team according to program objectives to facilitate the development and delivery of training materials according to program objectives.

- Drives the overall NPS of the class.

What experience and skills do you need?

- 8+ years of end-to-end experience in Core Technology, Data Science and Digital Transformation encompassing Strategy, Ideation, and Execution, preferably within the BFSI/ Healthcare/Retail/Manufacturing/TMT sector. (specifically, but not limited to):

Core Tech:

- Full stack engineering - Java, MERN, XERN

- Front end engineering - React, Angular, Vue.js, React js, Flutter, Linux

- Back-end engineering - Java, Node.js

- DevSecOps - AWS, Azure

Quality assurance:

- Cloud Engineering: AWS, Azure, GCP,

- Data Science: Data Engineering - AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake ML engineering and Ops

- Digital Transformation :Generative AI, Industry 4.0, Gemini AI, IOT, Robotics, VR, Prompt Engineering, ChatGPT, Bard and similar tools

- Master's degree in computer science/information science or related fields.

- Experience in building R&D assessment.

- Extensive experience in program development, preferably in the Edtech or technology training sector with commitment to advancing the skills and knowledge of technology professionals.

- Enthusiasm for edtech startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
