Location - Bangalore /RemoteRole - Sales L&D SpecialistWhat will you do:As a Sales Learning and Development Professional at Antwalk, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and enhancing the performance of our sales academy through expert coaching and mentorship. You will leverage your extensive sales experience in BFSI, Sales Industry to implement strategies that increase R&D - Assessments and Program Design, Program delivery management, Client Interactions, Program Partner Identification, Product innovation (Lab integrations, etc) and Team Leadership.
- Articulate and execute a clear vision for the program academy, aligning with the broader strategic objectives of the organization.
- Engages with potential clients during the pre-sales phase. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and leverage your knowledge to create world-class - Sales programs relevant to AntWalk's target customers.
- Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Understands client needs to create bespoke L&D programs, communicates the value proposition of the Sales programs, and establishes strong client relationships.
- Use written proficiency to create quality content on various subjects within the Sales domain and ensure that the curriculum and relevant material are available on Antwalk's role readiness platform.
- Interviews and evaluates potential experts, assessing their suitability to AntWalk's business model.
- Executes the process of developing self-learning videos with the help of experts.
- Collaborates with Product, Program, Marketing, and Sales team according to program objectives to facilitate the development and delivery of training materials according to program objectives.
- Drives the overall NPS of the L&D Programs
What experience and skills do you need:- A Master's degree in Sales, Finance, or a related field.
- Profound understanding of leadership principles, coaching methodologies, and adult learning theories.
- 6-8 years of experience in capability development, talent development, or instructional designing, particularly within the BFSI, Sales industry.
- Good to have certifications as Certified Sales Professional/ Certified Professional in Training Management / Certified Instructional Designer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive background in program development, preferably within the BFSI, Sales or training sector, with a commitment to enhancing the skills and knowledge of working professionals.
- Enthusiasm for edtech startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
