What will you do?
- Strategize and identify enterprises within the Manufacturing Industry seeking capability building in their workforce.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key industry players.
- Engage with senior-level executives to initiate discussions.
- Generate leads from marketing and lead-generation efforts.
- Strategically plan and prioritize travel schedules to maximize face-to-face interactions with C-level executives of target enterprises.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful business engagements.
- Consistently meet targets for input activities, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor and report on key metrics regularly.
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential clients and pitch tailored solutions to senior-level executives (CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers).
- Work closely with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalk's L&D offerings, ensuring delivery of impactful learning solutions that result in tangible business results.
What skills do you need?
- A bachelor's degree in sales or a related field. MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes preferred.
- 1-5 years of B2B sales experience working in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain/Logistics industry is good to have.
- Value driven sales professional, collaborating with clients and helping them achieve their objectives
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and managing key accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
- Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
