Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance Oversight: Implement and manage maintenance schedules for all equipment and vehicles, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of assets.

- Discipline and Teamwork: Enforce strict discipline and promote a culture of teamwork among all team members to achieve high performance and adherence to company policies.

- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.

- Cost Cutting: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to minimize expenses without compromising on service quality.

- Profitability: Develop and execute plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability, ensuring the company meets its financial targets.

- Administrative Leadership: Oversee administrative functions, including resource allocation, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of waste management operations.
