Antonov Industrial Parks - Senior Manager - Real Estate Leasing

- Develop the relationships with IPC companies and direct relationship with prospective tenants like Ecommerce, 3PLs, Retails, FMCD&CG, Consumer Durables and Manufacturing top companies.

- Liaise with IPCs, 3PLs and direct clients for their space requirements.

- Understanding the space requirements in detail and briefing to concern departments internally.

- Liaise with Contract and Design team for drawing and cost.

- Share the proposal and arrange for the site visit.

- Negotiation and closure of the deal along with Management.

- Liaise with Legal Department for lease/ L&L/Maintenance agreement draft closure.

- Post agreement handover and post handover formalities and pending activities.
